YOU Qualify

You have been employed for the last 12 months.
You have made on-time rental payments with your prior landlord for the last 12 months.
You complete out our prequalification form.

Step 3

Rent

No down payment required other than a month’s refundable security deposit.
Incentive structure that rewards you for autopay and on-time rental payments.
You have the option to report on time rental payments to boost your credit score.

Step 4

Financial Coaching and Homeownership Counseling

Work with our non-profit financial coaching partner to build financial literacy.
Build your credit score and improve financially.
Learn how to be a homeowner before you buy.

Step 5

YOU Purchase Home

We'll provide assistance in finding a community lender.
Your transaction costs will be reduced through a direct sale.
We’ll give you a transparent price, and you will not be penalized for choosing not to purchase the home.
